THE STORY OF NAGA
My jewels are born in the countryside where I have chosen to live and work, this is where their story begins, from this beautiful place, from the strong character of this island and its inhabitants, from the beauty of its mountains and its sea, from the colors, the scents, the harshness of its rocks and the aridity of its pastures.
The intertwining of all this, my Scandinavian origins and Nordic enterprise made it possible to create the first shop characterized by an essential design where I sell my jewels.
It was 1993 and I've never stopped since.
THE NAGA DESIGN
Naga jewels have clean and simple shapes to bring out
the beauty of the wearer and give breath to the materials with which them I compose: I play with their characteristics, the hardness of the stones, the reflection of pearls, the softness and light of silver,
the transparency and sensuality of silk lead me to
designing a design in which balance is what prevails.
Every single creation is made as if it were a unique piece.
I like to create modular, practical, resistant jewels they can repair easily.
My jewels are a graft between the wild beauty of the place
where I live and where I have the laboratory and the needs of women
that I know or meet in everyday life or in the trips I take to purchase material, which are often also inspirational journeys.
Naga is a brand but for me it has become a way of life.
My laboratory is a workshop where machinery alternates,
the sewing machines, the work tables, the countless boxes
with silks and with the components of different materials, there are some many, beautiful, with a more or less decisive character.
Sometimes I let them suggest a shape, a color, it shows me the right combination that allows me to obtain the desired effect
