CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
We want you to be satisfied with your online purchase, before buying one of our jewels you are interested in calculating the measurements well.
If you want a specific shape of some of our components, write to us via email email@example.com
And we will tell you what available pieces we have.
In case you are not convinced of your purchase, our return rules are:
• Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of purchase along with the original proof of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn and in their original packaging.
• Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale / promotion event are considered a final sale and are non-refundable.
• Custom pieces are not returnable.
• Gift certificates cannot be returned.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Naga assumes no responsibility for non-delivery inbound of a return. We encourage you to return your items via registered or tracked postal services. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
WHAT TO DO IF MY PURCHASE IS DEFECTIVE?
Please check to check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
WILL YOU COME TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card institution may take some time to process and send your refund as well.
If you wish to return an item, you will notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be provided with the return address
