At Naga we use 925 silver which can oxidize and tarnish over time, however the metal will not peel or discolour as it is not plated.
Some tips for the care of your 925 silver jewelry:

• 925 silver tarnishes when it comes into contact with oxygen. The best way to avoid this is to wear your silver jewelry often.

• The skin oils will help prevent fogging. When storing your silver pieces, use an airtight ziplock bag. This will prevent fogging of unworn pieces.

• If you see a little fogging, you can rub the jewel with a cloth to polish the jewelry or simply wash it with soap and water.

• Perfume, hairspray, and other types of lotions can contain harsh chemicals that can tarnish your jewelry.

The aluminum we use is recycled, does not contain nickel, is light and does not undergo corrosion of air and water, so it keeps its aesthetic characteristics unaltered. Aluminum is a "clean" material, has a beautiful appearance and does not require further finishing.

WHAT ARE NAGA JEWELS MADE OF?

Our jewels can be made of 925 silver, recycled aluminum, recycled silk, nylon coated steel wire, cultured river pearls, semi precious stones.

Naga has a 925 silver authenticity mark: CA281.

WHERE ARE THEY CREATED?

Part of our jewels are handmade and assembled in our laboratory located in southern Sardinia.

The recycled silk ribbons are cut & sewn in our workshop.

 WHY CAN IT HAPPEN THAT JEWELS HAVE A DIFFERENT APPEARANCE FROM THOSE SHOWN ON THE SITE?

Each jewel will always be different from another, this is given by the different and irregular shapes of the semi-precious stones, river pearls, and silver components.

The collection of little fish and hearts are handmade, not in series, this makes them unique in their kind, they may have small differences in size and decoration as they are pieces of real craftsmanship.

MY JEWEL IS DAMAGED, CAN YOU REPAIR IT?

We repair almost all of our jewels in our stores in Cagliari Via G. Mazzini 12 or in Villasiumius via Umberto, 106.

For repairs of jewelry purchased online: we only repair items made in our workshop and defective items. We repair items that break in a short period of time from purchase for free.

 CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOMIZED PIECE?
