Most of our jewelry is ready to ship within 3-5 business days.
More elaborate rings take longer and will be ready within 8 business days.

ITALY: Tracked shipping via Fedex courier
• Orders up to € 60.00: shipping cost € 9.00
• Orders over € 60.00: free shipping
EUROPE: Tracked shipping via Fedex courier
• Orders up to € 120.00: shipping cost € 20.00
• Orders over € 120.00: free shipping
WHERE DO YOU SHIP OR WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
We ship all over Europe.
Collection in the store Via G. Mazzini 12, Cagliari is free of charge.
We will send you an email as soon as your order is available for collection.
To collect your order, you will need to present: the Shipping Confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
No, we currently only ship to Europe (except Switzerland).
Soon we will also be ready for the world.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, we recommend that you calculate the measurements well before buying one of our jewels.
If you want a specific shape of some of our components, write to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
And we will tell you what available pieces we have.
In case you are not convinced of your purchase, our return rules are:
• Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the purchase together with the original proof of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with the label attached, unworn and in their original packaging.
• Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale / promotion event are considered a final sale and are non-refundable.
• Custom pieces are not returnable.
• Gift certificates cannot be returned.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Naga assumes no responsibility for non-delivery inbound of a return. We encourage you to return your items via registered or tracked postal services as return packages remain the customer's responsibility until received by us.
WHAT TO DO IF MY PURCHASE IS DEFECTIVE?
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card institution may take some time to process and send your refund as well.
